Born in Caracas-Venezuela and now based in Vancouver-BC, Audio Engineer/Pro Bass Player/DJ. Luis Garzón developed an early passion for music.
At the age of 3 years his grandmother managed to put together a turntable on his stroller. At all family reunions he was always besides the stereo taking care of the music, which varied from Disco to Latin.
At the age of 15 Luis got together with some friends and started his own DJ Mobile Service in his neighborhood mixing all kinds of danceable music in private parties.
At the age of 17, he got his first electric guitar and started to develop interest in rock music. Rehearsing until 2 am in his room, his mom was not very thrilled about it, but he continued rehearsing until he mastered the instrument. Two years later he got a Fender Precision bass from his parents as a birthday present, and felt totally in love with it. Since then he has worked as Professional Bass player playing a wide rage of different styles.
At 21 he enrolled the Sound Engineering School "Taller de Arte Sonoro" (TAS) in his hometown Caracas, Venezuela. Working with diverse Audio Companies he gained strong Audio/Video/electrical skills. Special strength in Live Sound, P.A. systems engineering, maintenance, and operation.
In 2004 he decides to explore new territories moving to Canada. After living in Montreal & Toronto he finally chooses Vancouver BC as his new hometown where he is constantly looking for new projects and musical endeavors.
